The location near restaurants, gas stations, and coffee shops was excellent, making it easy to find amenities. However, the room was outdated, with stained carpeting that emitted a mildew odor and a broken bathroom tile. The breakfast options were disappointing, with many items empty and not being refilled. While the staff was pleasant and accommodating, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired.

We had a real problem with the hot water-first room was ice cold and I had to switch, but once we got hot water, it felt great after coming in from the frigid outdoors. The staff was really nice and as helpful as they could be in a place that's completely outdated.

Our check-in was messy. trash was everywhere outside and in the lobby, really unsightly. It seemed like nobody was cleaning up. That needs improvement for sure.
